Shipping Policy

We use an Outsourced Courier Company that is able to courier your package to any main area worldwide and most outlining areas.     

We mainly use Road Freight for Local deliveries and Air Freight for International deliveries to get your gear quickly and safely to you.   

Delivery takes between 2-4 days for all local deliveries and 7–9 days for international deliveries from confirmation of your order. 

Orders paid via Bank Deposit will only be released on confirmation from the accounts department that the funds reflect in the LFT FIT bank account. Should your funds not reflect in our account within 7 days the order will be cancelled. 

You will be notified via email when your package has been shipped from our LFT FIT warehouse.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we are aware that there are conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. which we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for.

LFT FIT does not track and trace any packages once it leaves our office unless requested so by a client.

Return of goods is at the users cost. We suggest you return your product using your domestic postal service on a standard shipping method, although we suggest you obtain a proof of postage and keep your paperwork until we have acknowledged receipt of your package. Please ensure you fill out this form and include it inside your pack.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your goods. This includes return transit time to our warehouse. Items must be unworn and unwashed, and have all original tags attached. We cannot accept items that have distinct odors or signs of wear and tear. We assess all returns on this basis and if your item fails this assessment it will be returned to you.

We cannot accept any underwear or socks for hygiene reasons.

If you wish to exchange for a different size please clearly mark the required size in the space provided on the returns form.

If you consider your items to be faulty please first contact our customer services department on returns@lftfit.com and give a brief description of the fault, and location of the fault providing photographic detail if you feel this is relevant. It may not always be necessary for you to return your faulty goods to us, and we will evaluate this at the time and on a case by case basis.

Faulty good claims must be made within the 30 day period. Anything beyond the 30 days will be considered normal wear and tear of use, and can be subject to denial.

The returns parcel remains your responsibility until the goods are received and booked back into our warehouse.

Once we have received your package into our warehouse and it has been processed you will be informed of what action is being taken.

Exchanges are sent out on a standard service (not an express service).

Exchanges can only be made up to the original value of the goods purchased.

Your shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns/exchanges for sale/clearance items.

Returns can take 2-4 days to process.

We reserve the right to return the items to you based on any of the terms outlined in our policy, goods will be returned to you in the same condition they are received in.

Whilst every effort will be made to replace any stock with like for like product under certain circumstances your preferred product may not be in stock. In this instance LFT FIT reserves the right to issue a refund or credit to the value of the original product value. The product must also pass all other returns criteria.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if the returned merchandise is in an acceptable condition to resell.             

If you received a wrong item/defective item, or you're missing an item please contact customer service at returns@lftfit.com.

If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping within 7-10 business days after we receive the product(s) in acceptable condition. Refunds can only be made to the original source of payment.                                                                                                               

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.                                                                                                                                                                                            The Exchange/Return Form must be completed and sent to returns@lftfit.com with the Waybill Number and Name of the Courier Company that you are using so that we can track the Return/Exchange Garments.                                                                                                                                                                        If the price of the new item is greater than the returned item, you will need to pay the remaining balance. If the price of the new item is less than the returned item, we will refund you the difference.  

Return form needs to be sent back with the garments.
